We all have to deal with it, STRESS. If it is because of your work, your school or your family we all want to overcome it. But how?

I have a test week coming up and I can use some tips to deal with stress. I came across this picture on pinterest.
I printed it and hung it on my closet so I can see it everywhere.

But everyone needs their own solution. So take a look at these 50 ways and maybe you will find the one!
For me it works to take a break and go outside for a walk and smell the nature. And to do something creative. If it is writing a blog post or making a smoothie.
