We all have to deal with it, STRESS. If it is because of your work, your school or your family we all want to overcome it. But how?

I have a test week coming up and I can use some tips to deal with stress. I came across this picture on pinterest.

I printed it and hung it on my closet so I can see it everywhere.

But everyone needs their own solution. So take a look at these 50 ways and maybe you will find the one!

For me it works to take a break and go outside for a walk and smell the nature. And to do something creative. If it is writing a blog post or making a smoothie.

Diy landmap

Last week I went to sostrene grene.  A lovely shop with home and DIY stuff. I came across this amazing paper, it's black and you can write on it with chalk crayons. I always wanted a map where I can mark places I've been. And that's what I made. As you can see I haven't been in many places. But in the future I hope to travel a lot. And especially out of Europe.  

I framed the paper for a more complete look. As you can see I didn't manage to draw the South-East of Europe. I find it very hard to draw all those small and large countries. So when I travel to any of those countries I have to give it another go!

Here you see a close-up of the paper. It actually is a sticker so very easy to stick on your wall too!

I hope you like it, do you have any favorite places? I definitely have, I once been to Corsica but really want to return someday.

Cute feminine fashion essentials

When I feel happy I also want to dress happy. Don't you? And when I feel like I'm having a lazy day I can stay in my onesie all morning and even the whole day. But when I'm dressed lazy I don't get anything done. I think you're allowed to have your own lazy day now and then. Without these days my life wouldn't be complete ;) 

But let's get back to the subject. Today I searched the Internet for cute feminine fashion essentionals. When I started to surf I was looking for lace, bows, polka dots and a lot of pastel of course. And here are the results.

I hope you're having a great week so far! I thought it's time for a fun mid week post. I have been very busy the last few days. I passed my drivers license and school started again. But I'm never too busy for blogging.

Blogging for me is not like school work, It's kind of relaxing too. I don't have to think about stuff I still have to do. I just type on my laptop and look for inspiration on pinterest. It gives me a lot of energy. So all the early mornings, I woke up 1 hour earlier to blog something today, are definitely worth it!

Spring essential ~ a fresh bouquet

I can't wait but it's almost spring!! And to get even more in the mood I bought a fresh bouquet of tulips! I put them on my desk so when I'm busy with boring school stuff I look at the tulips and think about the soon coming spring!Here some inspirational pictures for you to get in the spring mood!

DIY vintage glass box

I hope you all had a great weekend. I did definitely, when there is a lot of crafting involved :D The next couple of weeks I will show you some DIY's. Here the first one enjoy it! 

Do you know them? Those cute vintage glass boxes. They're great to display beautiful cute objects like jewellery or souvenirs. I know they are quite expensive. But I came across beautiful shaped plastic boxes. With a bit of cold paint you make in a sec your own vintage 'glass' box!

All you need is a plastic box, a brush and some gold paint. It is importent to first degrease your plastic. If you don't do that your paint won't last very long! It might be necessary to paint your box twice or even more. I had to paint tree times before I was happy with the color on the box.
